Ms. Julie

I treasure each experience that brought me to ISM today...

...Elementary Music Specialist and Curriculum Team Leader, International School of Prague, 5 years
...Elementary Music Specialist, Stonewall Jackson Elementary School & Dallas Regional School for the Deaf, Dallas ISD, TX, 2 years
...Elementary Music Specialist, Lincoln American International School, Buenos Aires, Argentina, 5 years
...Elementary Music Specialist and Fine Arts Department Head, Colegio Internacional de Caracas, Venezuela, 5 years
...Elementary Music Specialist, Krahn Elementary School, Klein ISD, Texas, 7 years

...years of consulting with high school marching bands, teaching private flute and conducting studies, directing children’s church choirs, leading flute master classes, teaching beginning band, teaching beginning orchestra, teaching high school leadership and drum major workshops around the US, working with local musicians and artists wherever I have been to create unique and out of the ordinary experiences for my students, “stealing” from the best master teachers I have ever seen, attending countless Kodaly and Orff-Schulwerk workshops, supervising music student teachers, mentoring new music teachers, leading staff development for experienced music teachers.

Please feel free to contact me if I can be of musical assistance to your family!
I look forward to working with you all,
Julie Lodi

Mr. Smith (Program Leader)

My name is Robbie Smith and I teach Elementary School (ES) Music and am also the ES Music Program Leader.  I am originally from Eastern Canada and have lived in Australia and Vietnam before moving to Manila. This is my fifth year at ISM and I am very excited to be here with you all!

I began playing music at a very early age and am continually trying to develop as a musician. I have a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance as well as a Bachelor of Music Education. I was also a student at the International Jazz and Creative Music Workshop at the Banff Centre for the Arts.  I enjoy performing, arranging, composing and listening to music as well as reading, travelling and running.

I believe that music is a very important part of a child’s development and I am very fortunate to be able to share music with different students everyday and get a fresh outlook on why music is so inspiring.

Please feel free to drop by Music anytime you like - our doors are always open!

Robbie Smith

Ms. Peachy

Please stop by anytime you would like to join in on the learning or have a chat.

Ms. Peachy
